 We have worked hard to produce and provide quality hunting products to the outdoor community. We have also worked hard to build a good name and reputation in this industry. Honesty ,integrity, and respect are of utmost importance to us.   

 As an Ultimate Whitetail Field Staffer, your primary job will be to send us content showcasing you using our products, your experience, knowledge,  and recent outdoor endeavors. Your content (pictures, videos, articles, reviews, etc.) will be posted on our website and social media pages. 

 All submitted content will be reviewed by an Ultimate Whitetail Administrator prior to being published. You will be notified if your content is accepted for publication, and feedback on your submission(s) will be provided. 

 There are a few rules, regulations and expectations we have of you as a Field Staffer. We expect you to recognize, follow and adhere to the following guidelines in order to remain an active Staff Member in good standing with Ultimate Whitetail.

As a Field Staffer representing Ultimate Whitetail, you will be subject to the following rules:

•   You will be expected to submit a minimum of 2 (two) separate subjects per month for publication (subjects being videos, articles, pictures, etc.).  
• When you submit a picture and/or video for publication, you are giving Ultimate Whitetail the right to use that picture and/or video at any time in the future for company purposes, even in the event you resign or are removed from your position within our organization.
• You will be expected to use our products and send us photos of you using them in the field.
• You will be expected to promote our business and products on your social media platforms.
•  Before applying, you must follow Ultimate Whitetail on your social media platforms.
•  You must actively post to your own social media accounts.
•  Be willing to use our products, promote our products, and all aspects of Ultimate Whitetail. 
• Encourage others to visit our website and use our products. 

Ultimate Whitetail takes professionalism and ethics very seriously. As a Field Staffer representing Ultimate Whitetail, you will be subject to the following standards, otherwise known as our “Code of Ethics”. Failure to meet these standards will result in an official Administrative review, and possible removal from our Field Staff Program. 

• You will conduct yourself in a professional manner on all of your social media platforms. Absolutely no posting of inappropriate content ( Ex...explicit content, profanities, nudity, etc.) 
•  Absolutely no negative comments about Ultimate Whitetail or any of our Staff.
•  Promote Ultimate Whitetail professionally in any submitted content, as well as in day to day interaction with other hunters.
•  No drug or alcohol use may be shown in ANY submitted content.
•  Remain aware of, and abide by all laws relevant to you and the location from which you hunt.
